Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies! Delicious Recipe!

The combination of chocolate and peanut butter is a HUGE weakness of mine…add cheesecake and I’m in trouble! These amazing CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES are the best! Sever them at your next dinner, BBQ or party!

Chocolate Cheesecake Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

For Brownie Layer
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into 1/2 inch squares
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup all purpose flour

For Cheesecake Layer
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
2  eggs
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tblsp heavy whipping cream
2 tblsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips

Directions:

For Brownie Layer
Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 9-inch square metal baking pan with non stick cooking oil.
Stir chocolate and butter in medium saucepan over low heat until smooth. Then cool for 10 minutes. Using electric mixer, beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla in medium bowl until fluffy (around 3 minutes). Then add chocolate mixture to egg mixture on low speed. Follow with flour and salt. Spread batter in bottom of pan.

For Cheesecake Layer
Beat peanut butter, cream cheese and vanilla in bowl until smooth. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Mix in cream and then flour. Transfer 1/3 cup cheesecake batter to small bowl and set aside. Spread remaining cheesecake batter over brownie layer in pan.

Place chocolate in small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on low in 10-second intervals until chocolate begins to melt, stir until smooth. Mix chocolate into reserved 1/3 cup cheesecake batter. Drop chocolate batter by heaping spoonfuls on top of cheesecake layer. Using chopstick or thin knife, swirl chocolate batter in figure-eight type pattern through white cheesecake layer.

Bake brownies about 35 minutes, or until edges of cheesecake layer are puffed and center is set (check with toothpick). Cool brownies in pan. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

Cut brownies into squares. Yields about 25 brownies.

    Hi me and my partner made this the other day but it didn’t come out right we followed it to a tea. We was thinking that we should cook the brownie before putting the cheesecake mix on but your recipe reads that you should cook it all at the same time please help because it looks really nice and I want to make it again
