How precious is this RUBBER DUCKY YELLOW & BLUE FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Marina Guimarães of Marina Guimaraes Papelaria?! I adore the little yellow ducks “floating” on top of the blue parfait dessert! The rubber ducky in the punch bowl couldn’t be cuter, too! Such a cute party with a lot of darling ideas. This theme would be perfect for a baby shower, too!
Marina said- “This was Catarina’s 1st birthday. Catarina’s mom loves yellow so she chose the rubber duck theme. The party was decorated in blue and yellow, hydrangeas and daisies, rubber ducks floating in aquariums and more. Ducks were everywhere!”

This darling AQUA & YELLOW ICE CREAM PARTY was submitted by Malgenio Workshop. The party was created for a first communion and 1st birthday, but could easily be a baby shower. So many ideas! I adore the ice cream cart! All the rosette flowers and gold / yellow stars couldn’t be cuter, too.
Malgenio Worshop said- “Andrea was going to celebrate her first communion at Jose Carlos Garcia restaurant at Muelle 1. When his mother called us to decorate the party, we jumped of joy in the studio, we love this restaurant!
After talking with her and knowing all the details about the restaurant we knew that we would do something really beautiful, they had great taste, the place was perfect and the chairs were the most beautiful chairs in the world…
Aquamarine, that would be the guide for the decoration, a little bit of yellow details and lots of white to highlight the vertical garden, but the main color was going to be aquamarine, such a beautiful color, isn’t it?
We get to work! We adorned the candy cart in the chosen color, a star print was made, inspired in the communion’s reminder which was done way before. Then we carried on with the decoration: banners, decorative items with tissue paper and balloons, many, many floating balloons.
The mother insisted us that she wanted the kid’s dancefloor roof filled with balloons tied with ribbons hanging from them, this was the first time we’ve done something like this, but when we saw the final result it really surprised us, the effect was … magical.”
I’m really excited to share this GRADUATION PARTY {using FREE printables} submitted by Cris McGrath of Crissy’s Crafts! Sooo adorable and fun! My little 4 year old just graduated from preschool and he would have loved this!
Here is what Cris had to say about the party- “May is Graduation month and it was a pleasure to style this Graduation Party using Bird’s FREE Graduation Printables. This party was planned and styled in 48 hours thanks to Bird’s printables! Printables can turn a simple party to an extraordinary event! Since I didn’t have enough time to bake, I purchased all the bake goods and dressed them up using cupcake toppers and chocolate stars. The sweet table include diploma rolls (swiss roll), fancy cakesters (added some gold sprinkles), cupcakes, almond kisses, mini Reese’s cups, push up cupcakes and caramel popcorn. To bring color to the table, I used yellow lanterns and I wrapped a foam board with royal blue wrapping paper and made mini banner using yellow card stock with blue ribbon. Since I didn’t have time to order or bake a cake, the centerpiece was a blue and yellow tissue poms to coordinate with the printable. I embellished the goodie bags, popcorn cups, drinking glass using the printables. We also served pretzel diplomas, pineapple star bites, blueberry, vegetables toast and tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil as appetizers. We got some photos props such as GRAD glasses and headbands from the Dollar store for the “You are a Star” photo booth. The ideas behind the printable designs is that is can be used for any type of graduation party, be it junior high school or college – And Bird is offering these Graduation Party Printables as FREE Printable Downloads to all Bird’s Facebook fans!!
