Enchanted Fairy Garden 6th Birthday Party

How amazing is this ENCHANTED FAIRY GARDEN SIXTH BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Tasya Tirsa of Fairy Floss Party and Favors! I love all the delicate details, the butterfly cookies, the ruffle cake, the flowers…everything is so pretty! So many ideas here!

Tasya said- “We hosted this Enchanted Garden Party in honor of the 6th birthday of Ciara, the daughter of one of our owners. We only had a very limited time (one week!) to prepare everything including the backdrop, photo booth backdrop, paperie, dessert table, food, goody bags, etc. Thank you to all of the kind vendors that made everything much easier. Big thanks for helping :).”

Boo-rific Halloween Party!

This fabulous BOO-RIFIC HALLOWEEN PARTY was submitted by Rebekah Dempsey of A Blissful Nest!

Rebekah said- “Halloween is one of my most favorite times of year and it can be challenging to incorporate a kids and adult party theme. This year we chose a Boo-rific party theme sure to please both! This party was created for under a $100 which also made it budget friendly. Using mostly items from the house and store bought baked goods helped.

I love to personalize as many details as possible and printable decorations lets you do that. From cupcake toppers to personalized bottle wraps a party can have a custom look without the price tag.

Desserts were kept simple. Red velvet cupcakes, ghost cookies and oreo cakesters were all from our local grocery store. Green Goblin Jello made in these antique jello molds were a fun spooky treat! Yummy salt water caramel cake pops from Starbucks mixed with these darling owl chocolate lollipops from FunFavors were a fun grab and go treat for the kids.

For decorations I grabbed some Cinderella and fairytale pumpkins from the local store and placed popcorn cones in between. Birch wood lollipop stands and a cupcake stand from Cross My Love gave the table just the right amount of rustic charm it needed.

So with a few simple tricks you can make a unforgettable Halloween party for all!”

Fairy Themed Sisters Birthday Party

You are going to LOVE this FAIRY THEMED SISTERS BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Mandi Callahan of The Cotton Candy Chandelier!

Mandi said- “There is not much that I love more than making things fun and frilly…especially for my sweet girls! Eisley turned 6 and Ember turned 2 in the same month, so I decided to give them a party together! As they get older, I’m sure they will want their own thing, but for now, this is working! :) Anyone that knows me, knows that I love all things sparkly, ruffly, glittery and fun! I don’t want to spend a ton of money, so I try to make as much as possible myself! The girl’s decided on a Fairy Princess Party, so as soon as I heard that, my overactive brain started working on ideas! We live in Florida, so I wanted something outside, I wanted something different, and I wanted it to be bright and colorful! My 6 year old is starting to develop a style of her own, so made sure I checked in with her before I made any big decisions. I wanted her to be a big party of planning it (My 2 year old could care less about any of it, she was just happy to be at a party)! My husband is a professional photographer, so he helped me set up for the party and then he did all of the photography (he is a trooper and NEVER complains…even when I make him drag an entire room of furniture over to my Mom’s and set it up for a party! Ha! He should seriously win some kind of awesome husband award! :) As the girls were arriving to the party, we played a few games and then we made some pretty beaded necklaces. Once everyone was there, the fairy makeovers began! They went from station to station, getting transformed into a fairy princess (tutu’s, wings, wands, crowns, and then finally their fairy face painting!) Once they were ready, we sent them off to get their picture taken and then they got to decorate their very own fairy bird house! I adore my sweet girls and I loved watching their sweet smiles as they enjoyed every second of their birthday party! :)” Vendors and Credits: Party Styling- The Cotton Candy Chandelier Desserts, including cake- Amy Paul Party Printables- Tomkat Studio Birthday Shirt’s appliques- Ambre Katauskas from Doodle Bugs Face Painting- Kyla White Photography- Cory Callahan Items available in Kara’s Party Ideas Shop: Swirl Lolipops Paper Straws Balloons Cupcake Liners Candles

Little Brave Man Baby Shower – Native Indian Party

What a cute shower idea! I just love this LITTLE BRAVE MAN BABY SHOWER submitted by Carrie Rowe of Cue the Confetti! The colors, the location, the decorations…it’s all darling!

Carrie Said- “My friend Jennie and I had the joy and honor of throwing a baby shower for our sweet friend Kelli. We went with a semi-modern, arrows, teepees, and feathers theme. We knew it was a good fit for Kelli, we didn’t want (and knew she wouldn’t want) a “traditional” baby shower. Ashley of “Thorn + Sparrow” was on board with the theme and made fun invites and an adorable print as a favor. The party was thrown at Kelli’s in-laws cabin in the woodsy area of Kalispell, Montana and it went so well with the theme of the party! We had plenty if DIY’s (tutorials are at cuetheconfetti.com) from painted wooden forks, arrow cupcake toppers, painted utensils, and more. We didn’t want to play any baby shower games, so instead we all made faux arrows for Kelli to use in the babies room as decor and they are amazing. We offered a large spread of yummy food including “caprese canoes” and “teepee trailmix&q uot;. It was a lovely time to honor Kelli, celebrate this new life, eat food, chat with friends, and just hang out.” Vendors and Credits:

Look Whoo’s Turning One! 1st Birthday, Woodland Owl Party

One look at this WOODLAND OWL 1ST BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Kim Spears of Kim Kalyn Photography and your heart will just melt…
Here is what Kim said about the party- “For Hayden’s first birthday we wanted to continue the owl theme from his nursery into his party details. In order to give the party a woodsy feel we incorporate rounds of wood and bark to display party treats. Ferns and other forest florals (provided by the amazing Rook and Rose Floral Boutique) were also displayed in glass vases and jars in different sizes and shapes. We purchased a special owl onesie as my son’s birthday outfit from We Choose Joy on Etsy. Another Etsy purchase was the adorable owl bunting (from Just A Squidge) that we tied to his fabric backdrop. His sweet owl invitations and thank you’s were designed by Little Pickle Photography and Design. Lastly, there were delicious owl themed goodies galore! Owl cookies, cupcakes, owl’s nests, and candy owl’s eggs were truly a hit. In order to carry on the outdoor element of his party, we gave Hayden a Dogwood Tree to plant in our yard as his first birthday gift.”
