Sweet and Sunny Lemonade 10th Birthday Party

This SWEET AND SUNNY LEMONADE 10TH BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Ali Polson of Parties on a Pedestal is cute beyond words! There are so many darling party elements {and so many fun ideas}!

Thank you for your submission, Ali! And thank you for purchasing your party supplies from my shop! Your party was just adorable!

Ali said- “I styled this birthday party for my 10 year old daughter. We could think of nothing more fun than a SWEET & SUNNY LEMONADE party on a gorgeous summer day! We had a sweet dessert table filled with cake pops, dipped Oreos, french macaroons, plenty of candy and, of course, fresh lemonade. The girls had a blast decorating flip flops and making lemon trees with their fingerprints. A cozy picnic table was set complete with parchment wrapped sandwiches and masons filled with fruit. The decorations added such brightness with stenciled banners, gorgeous printables and plenty of poms, festooning, and paper tissue flowers (found at Kara’s shop)! The girls got to take home a basket of sunny treasures and the birthday girl had a beautiful day!” Vendors and Credits: Event Styling & Design: Parties on a Pedestal Printables: Parties on a Pedestal Photography: Shelley Coar

Watermelon and Strawberry Summer Party

What a gorgeous summer party! I’m loving this WATERMELON AND STRAWBERRY SUMMER SOIREE submitted by Miranda Konieczny of Whimsical Printables!

Miranda said- “I was so very excited to put together this Watermelon/Strawberry Party for my munchkins! Summer time is such a fun adventure for all children and I thought it would be nice to get their friends together for a little summer fun and have some great treats too!! I didn’t do much in ways of thank you gifts or station. Since it wasn’t a birthday party I decided that only a small gift would be needed. I purchased the cutest watermelon and strawberry shaped crayons from My Little Otter. I paired them with some great smelling stickers in little red tins from the $1 section of Target and we were all set! I got the idea of the the paper lanterns in the pot from my sister who just did her daughter’s party. They were unable to have balloons at the zoo so she made a couple of these in her theme! I decided to go another route with my glitterized silverware and drill a hole and add ribbon! They went perfectly with my cups of watermelon. All the cute confetti on the tables came from The Pink Poodle Boutique! I love the selection of colors!! My cookies were bought locally this year from Lily’s Cookies and I think she did an awesome job! The huge cake toppers are from Edible Details! I still won’t let anyone touch them! They are too pretty!! She did an amazing job with going off of my invitation! I purchased watermelon popcorn and put in the small clear solo cups and used the cupcake wrappers for the inside! Great use I say! I also printed the watermelons and strawberries and placed on popsicle sticks to be used in various places. I was super excited to use my ferris wheel cupcake holder again!! I just love this thing! Especially when I get to show off all of Lynlee’s Petite Cakes cupcake toppers too!! Perfectly simple and sweet strawberry cake pops by M y Cake Pop Shop! I found the cutest hairbows to match the party over at Fancy Bows and she was kind enough to even make me some smaller bows just for the flip flops! It was so much fun creating strawberry favor boxes and I was so excited to put them together! I filled them with gumballs and placed them in a basket from Hobby Lobby and I especially love my last minute decision to use the fabric along with the ribbon to tie the top part! I happened to run across the mini watermelon and strawberry cookies from Just Crumbs and had to have them!! Many thanks to my awesome party gals who made this party possible!!” Watermelon & Strawberry Cupcake Fondant- Lynlee’s Petite Cakes Watermelon & Strawberry Cake Fondant- Edible Details Table Confetti- The Pink Poodle Boutique Larger Cookies- Lily’s Cookies Cake Pops- My Cake Pop Shop Mini Cookies- Just Crumbs Necklace & Bracelet- K Chic Designs Hairbows and matching flip flop Bows- Fancy Bows Strawberry & Watermelon Shaped Crayons- My Little Otter Event Styling, Design, Printables, Balloons, Favor Boxes, Wooden Silverware, and Fabric Buntings- Whimsical Printables Party Supplies used in this party that are available in Kara’s Party Ideas Shop: Polka Dot Balloons White Standing Party Frame Ribbon Wooden Utensils Hanging Lanterns Paper Crinkle Shred

Phineas and Ferb 5th Birthday Party

How fun is this PHINEAS AND FERB 5TH BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Jeannette Rivas of J. At Your Service?! Any little guy would adore this party!

Here is what Jeannette had to say about the party- “My sister threw a party for my nephews 5th birthday, the theme…. Phineas and Ferb! He absolutely LOVES Phineas and Ferb, so being that he is my favorite and only nephew, I decorated his party just for him. I put together a dessert/favor table and made up some small centerpieces. I made a banner, table signs, centerpiece flags, felt and paper pinwheels, even attempted to make a “Cupcake-inator”. I used colorful lanterns for the backdrop on the dessert table. There was lots of color through out! I found some great Phineas & Ferb candies, swirl pops, candy buttons, and made the rice crispy treats and mini jello cups. My sister bought activity sets for the kids to enjoy. The centerpieces were made up of Phineas & Ferb tin buckets, felt pinwheels and centerpiece signs.” Vendors and Credits: Party Styling- J. Mermaid Birthday Party

Today I am showcasing the cutest MERMAID BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Tami Goeckeritz of
Tami G. Photography. This party was actually the winner of my Summer Hostess Party Contest a few months back. Can you see why it got the most votes? So adorable. I love the vintage doors, the sand cake, the beach towel mermaid tails, the starfish sandwiches, the seahorse cookies, the “sea foam” cotton candy, the netting, the sand box & more! Tami did an amazing job!!
Here is what Tami said about the party- “Gwynn Wasson designed all of my cute printables, the invitations, banner, tiaras, name tags, Cotton Candy labels, cupcake wrappers and favor tags.  She worked so hard and designed exactly what I wanted!
Brittany, from Edible Details, designed my darling cupcake toppers, the darling mermaids and the sea shells. I seriously LOVED them, she did such a great job!!
My table cloth was made by Nan, from Pots and Pins.
The wooden mermaid sign was done by Michelle Tucker from The little design company.
The cake was done by my friend Mari.
The cupcakes and the sea shell cookies were made by my friend Melanie.
The embroidered names on the place mats were done by Carol at Top Stitch in downtown Modesto.
My mom made the adorable mermaid tales out of beach towels.
