Green Themed 5th Birthday Party

This GREEN THEMED FIFTH BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Devoney Scarfe of Sugar Mama Baking in New Zealand.

This party is so unique and could easily be tailored to suit any color! It would also make a fabulous St Patrick’s day party! There are a ton of fun ideas here!

Some of my favorite elements of this green party are:
The treasure chest cake

This is what Devoney said about the party- “I did this party for my son’s 5th birthday. His favorite color is green so I made all the food green, we all wore green and he even got green presents. Although the cake wasn’t strictly green the edible treasures inside the cake were!”

St. Patrick’s Day Birthday Party

It’s hard to believe that it’s already March! With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, I’m excited to showcase this adorable ST. PATRICK’S DAY BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by TammyMitchell of Tammy Mitchell Designs.

Here’s what Tammy had to say about the party- “Growingup, St. Patrick’s Day was NOT a big holiday in our house. It was more or less aday that we just made sure that we wore something green so we didn’t getpinched. Well, fast forward to today and things have changed a little in ourhouse. Now St. Patrick’s Day is a much celebrated and anticipated day thanks tothe fact that my sweet little girl was born on this special day. A little girlwho’s favorite colors are usually all pink, light pink and hot pink (yes, theyare all different colors of the rainbow…did you know?) turns to a green fiendfrom February 15th to March 17th. When we wander through stores and she seesall the green, she fully believes that it is all in honor of her special day.It is too cute. I know that there will come a time that she no longer believesthis, so I have to live it up while I can. I completely feed into her obsessionand belief that the world is celebrating with her. Who wouldn’t want to feellike that? I’m so excited to share this party with you and hope you will beinspired to have a little green celebration of your own this year! :)”

I love that she incorporated navy blue along with the obvious green!

In Nellie’s words…“With St. Patty’s Day right around the corner, now is the time to start thinking about throwing a par-tay! I mean, you don’t really have to be irish to party like it, right!? Take a peek at my new printable party for a festive St. Patty’s bash! This one is geared towards adults, but would be just as cute for a kid’s party! {Just omit the vodka from the jello “treats”!} I teamed up with my girl Tracie, of {tsj} photography, to provide some nice visuals for you all! {We had some fun in the process, check out her side of the story here!} Enjoy!”
