My next party feature goes to this adorable UMBRELLA THEMED BABY SHOWER submitted by Leanne Ambrogio of Mrs A in the Cove. How precious is this? The umbrella and raindrops on the cake have got to be my favorite part of the party. Everything is just divine. This theme would also be perfect for a ‘baby sprinkle’- with all the raindrops & umbrella’s everywhere! Here is what Leanne said about the party- “I designed this baby shower for my daughter’s teacher who is having her first baby – a little girl. She asked me to put something together that was girly and vintage- using pink, yellow and a hint of chocolate. The invitations that were sent out had a little umbrella on them so we continued this theme on the cake. The beautiful cake, cookies and cake pops were made by Jacki from Blissfully Sweet Cakes. I made some delicious vanilla panacotta’s (you can get the recipe here) and also added macaroons, meringues, personalised chocolate bars and jars of sweets for the guests to take home.
