Love Boat Themed Bon Voyage Party

Oh my goodness, how creative and wonderful is this LOVE BOAT THEMED BON VOYAGE “FAREWELL” PARTY submitted by Kenna O’Brien of Miss Party Mom!

Here’s what Kenna said about planning the party- “I was contacted about throwing this Love Boat themed Bon Voyage Party a month before the date, so the pressure was on! I started watching The Love Boat TV series on DVD to try and learn as much as possible so I could get the details just right. I had the help of my good friend Hannah whom I hired to get the dessert table treats made (cookies, cupcakes and cake pops) as well as help with with the decorations.”

ABC/123 Birthday Party + End of School Party

This super creative ABC + 123 6TH BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Sandra El-Ayoubi and styled by 3’s A Party. Such a cute birthday party theme, right?! This party would be perfect for the end of school, too. So many fun elements…love all the chalk board tags!
Here is what Sandra had to say about the party– “My sister Lina came to me wanting to do a 6th birthday party for her son. His love for school and leadership qualities was exactly the reason to have this theme to encourage a more positive idea about schooling and healthy eating (minus all the treats) :). So the Theme of 123/ABC came about. Here is where the brilliant mind of Yassmine (3′s a Party’s stylist) came into action. The ideas went flying and the masterpiece came about. Being a High School Teacher I was able to work my magic and find my way into a history museum in the school I work at (one I had no idea exited) and found an array of props that would make the event even more special and close to the hearts of all the children that were present. Props such as an old vintage school bench, school bells, vintage Globe, old historical book dating back to the 1800′s, the Australian Map and Vintage looking flag had a priceless value adding element that completed the whole setting. It was a lot of hard work but the collaboration of Yassmine, Diana and myself, we were able to contsruct a Vintage School setting that would make any person want to have one more day spent at school.” Vendors: Props and Decorations: 3’s A Party Party Printables: Top That Paperie Cakes, cake pops, cookies, cupcakes: Ellhaam Serhan-Wise Photography: Photography by Sandra

Potty Training Party!

You are all going to LOVE this next party. SOOO clever and just plain CUTE. This POTTY TRAINING PARTY was submitted by Mindy Starr of Creative Juice. And that it is- creative! Oh my goodness- I just adore it. Do you have a toddler that you’re trying to potty train? Throw a potty training party to get them on board! The invite that says, “peace out pampers”, the underwear cookies and cupcakes, the “I gotta go” juice cups, the toilet paper wreath, the “potty like a rock star” tags, the “pampers toss” game- it’s all absolutely darling & so perfectly thought out! Potty Party Details from Mindy “In my quest to potty train my daughter I came across a philosophy to “potty train in a day”. Part of the advice was to “throw them a potty party”…well when I see party I sort of tend to go over the top. So that’s what I did. I invited all of her friends over who were “in training” & their personal trainers- the moms – for a Potty party! I looked everywhere for potty charts & things to make it a CUTE special occasion for them. But alas, I found none. So I designed printables to go with this party. Invitation: “Its Official. I’m a big kid. Peace out Pampers! Put on your big kid pants and come potty like a rock star” Theme: gray chevron, pink, blue, & underwear!!!! Food & refreshment: Cake and Underwear cookies Cupcakes Yogurt Parfait with coconut Yogurt dipped pretzels with pink and blue icing drizzle Popcorn cones Pink lemonade & Blue Koolaid in “I gotta go” juice cups! {you are supposed to get them to drink a lot so they will have to go all day!} Moms drank “ personal trainer” water bottles Decorations: “I’m a big kid” picture frames Printable Potty Party Set Toilet Paper Wreath {DIY on the blog soon} Totsie rolls in toilet mug Party hats Spray painted $5 dessert stand Activities: Diaper Toss – Peace out papmers! – Kids threw their diapers in the trash never to be used again!
