and MORE!
This is what Heather said about planning the party- “Welcome to the Highland Games! My daughter is a huge Disney fan and when Merida hit the Disney stands there was not a doubt that a Brave themed birthday would be in our near future. Will-o’-the-Wisps lined the walkways and driveway to lead the party guests to their fate and to lots of party fun! I love parties and sweet details!! I love making my kids feel like their birthday is the most special day it can be each and every year. This party was no exception!! Happy Birthday to our Princess Merida!!”
Here’s what Brandyce said about the party- “We wanted Brooke’s birthday party to be a memorable one. We had been trying for a 2nd child for over 4 years and when we found out we were having a girl (we already had a boy) I started planning her birthday party! I love chevron and pink! Kara’s Party Ideas gave me inspiration and I was able to tweak to fit our party theme and overall look. I bought some of the items from Kara’s Party Ideas Shop, the chalk board labels from Sprinkled Joy. Simply Party did the food labels, straw flags and the favor stickers. My husband and I designed the chalk board print, the photos around the mason jars and printed all the prints and portraits we had taken of her over the year. My husband is a professional photographer with Studio Benton so he took all the detail images and friends took candid photos for us so we could enjoy the party with our 1 year old! It was a celebration of her 1st year and a Thank You to all our family and friends for supporting us!”
Here’s what Lauren said about planning the party- “I was thrilled when Katherine told me she wanted to do a Pony Party for Mazie’s 2nd birthday. It’s always fun to work with creative clients who bring ideas to the table and get just as excited as you are about the planning. The afternoon turned out to be absolutely beautiful. A bale of hay with a saddle and a custom chalkboard print greeted guests by the front door. There were pony rides for the kids, bobbing for apples, pin the tail on the pony and lasso the pony. Parents sipped on “kick up your heels” spiked lemonade and had plenty to snack on… BBQ drummettes, chicken salad sandwiches, coleslaw and potato salad. There were plenty of sweet to go around: caramel corn, caramel apples, cotton candy, cookies by Silly Gilly Desserts and a beautiful ruffled cake… a must-have from Katherine from Cake Goddess. Katherine, a talented photographer, took great pictures to capture her little girl’s special day and feature all of the printables I designed for her.”
