This delightful SAFARI JUNGLE THEMED BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted and styled by Natalia of Lacos and Acucar.
This safari party has so many intricate details and fabulous ideas! This theme would also be an adorable baby shower!
A few of the things that stand out the most to me in this darling party are:
The fondant elephant cupcake toppers
The party favors displayed like they’re in a souvenir shop
This fabulous CIRCUS THEMED FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Karyn Amado of Sweet & Clever.
I have a soft spot for circus themed parties, so there are so many things that I love about this one! So many cute carnival party ideas! A few of my favorite elements are:
The circus tent shaped cake
The mini paper fans used as clown collars on the clown cupcake toppers
The ferris wheel candy holder
and MORE!
Here’s what Karyn said about planning the party- “This dessert table was created for my friend’s grandson, Dominic for his 1st birthday party. The circus theme was a challenge but I ended up having fun crafting and doing lots of DIYs like the ferris wheel, merry-go-round and the clown head cupcake holder. It was a labor of love. The printables were created and designed by my ever supportive hubby. Sweet treats on the dessert table included vegan chocolate cupcakes, cake pops and cake created by Dominic’s aunt.”

This fun CANDY LAND THEMED SECOND BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Chakoda of Chakoda Designs.
A few of my favorite party ideas in this candy land party are:
The tumbling mats used for the rainbow path
The tufted Queen Anne chair holding the paper crowns
The large plastic ice cream cones
and MORE!
This is what Chakoda said about planning the party- “Candy turns 2! So fun & Sweetly Colorful. Wanted to create it as close to the game as possible. All the rentals & props were from
www.chakodadesign.com. They were life size pieces & most importantly kid friendly. Guests loved it! Even non-guests stopped by to take a closer look!”

Just in time for Easter, this precious TUMBLING BUNNIES PARTY was submitted by Carolyne of The Party Artisan.
Some of my favorite elements of this adorable bunny themed party are:
Obviously, the fondant tumbling bunnies on top of the chocolate cake
The meringue “bunny tails”
The popcorn filled favor cones
and MORE!
Here’s what Carolyne said about planning the party- “This party is based around prints of hand painted watercolor bunnies. The bunny starts off sitting and then performs a complete tumble before sitting again! Completely unique! All designed by The Party Artisan, the banner would not only look cute for the party but also a wonderful addition to a child’s bedroom! This theme would not just be great for birthdays, but wonderful for Christenings, baby shower, and Easter too, in fact anytime where a bunny is needed :). Instructions can be found on The Party Artisan blog to make the fondant bunnies for the cake.”

This delightful EASTER APPETIZER HORS D’OEUVRES PARTY was submitted and styled by Erin of Strawberry Mommycakes.
Some of my favorite ideas from this party are:
The birch pattern buffet card holders
The paper flowers taped to the walls
The fact that it has an appetizer buffet instead of a dessert buffet
This is what Erin said about planning the party- “I usually throw dessert parties, and they’re awesome and beautiful…but sometimes I’m left with tons of desserts and I end up eating ALL of it! I have a big problem…which is why I decided to go easy on the pastries and chocolate for this party. I threw this party for my family (hubby, kids and I). Kids weren’t quite as smitten as the Dinosaur party, but my husband was a big fan of the food! The recipes were easy and delicious and there was plenty left over. I was a big fan of the decor…because I designed it and it’s just how I wanted it to be!
Party Decor:
I am a HUGE sucker for vintage items…but I also don’t like things that look dated. That’s why you’ll see a lot of my designs have vintage touches with really vibrant colors and modern elements. I LOVE this set. I based my designs on three patterns that were coordinating, yet totally different from each other. One pattern is the beautiful birch pattern (seriously, you’ll be seeing more of this pattern because it adds so much class, even though it’s so simple), then I have a light blue and white floral and a bright, vibrant floral. I made the roses using the patterns from my printables and I also made matching placecard holders (my favorite element). I tied it all together with gray ribbon and leaf-like plates and platters.
Food:
I think I outdid myself this time. I mostly credit it to moving into a house I love with a kitchen I love EVEN MORE! I whipped these things up way faster than I thought I would! The menu included: Yummy Deviled Eggs, Smoked salmon, capers and dill cream cheese crackers, Bacon Cranberry Chicken Wraps, Pineapple Pork Lettuce Wraps and Strawberry Shortcake Fudge.”
