Here’s what Monica said about planning the party- “Easter Egg Hunts are not a Spanish tradition, but since we are a half American family, (my husband is from North Carolina) we introduced this holiday to our small town in Huesca. Ever since my oldest son Kevin (11 years old now) was small we have been celebrating this lovely holiday with our friends. This year I was inspired from the little bunnies I found in a store (Deco Palace) in Zaragoza, and I thought it would be nice to make the bunny house the focal point of the table. Using my kid’s doll house I built some planters for it and filled them with flowers that are available in our garden now, the muscaris, and from there everything came easy. It was really fun to style it, and even more fun to have our friends over again!!”
