“Our daughter, Ella, just turned 2. I bought the little ducky cupcake toppers when she was born and planned to have a little celebration for her birth. But it was summer and I was too tired for celebrations. Now, 2 years after, she loves duckies so much, so I had to do something with those toppers for her! How precious is this RUBBER DUCKY YELLOW & BLUE FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Marina Guimarães of Marina Guimaraes Papelaria?! I adore the little yellow ducks “floating” on top of the blue parfait dessert! The rubber ducky in the punch bowl couldn’t be cuter, too! Such a cute party with a lot of darling ideas. This theme would be perfect for a baby shower, too!

Marina said- “This was Catarina’s 1st birthday. Catarina’s mom loves yellow so she chose the rubber duck theme. The party was decorated in blue and yellow, hydrangeas and daisies, rubber ducks floating in aquariums and more. Rubber Duckies and Bees Baby Shower

This darling RUBBER DUCKIES AND BUMBLE BEES BABY SHOWER was submitted by Sara McCarty of Running from the Law. Such a cute theme for a baby shower, especially if you don’t know the sex of the baby. I love the combination of duckies & bumble bees!

Here is what Sara had to say about the party- “My sister-in-law planned the most beautiful baby shower for our soon-to-be son. We had a hard time deciding between a theme of rubber duckies or bumble bees, so we decided to incorporate them both into a “Birds and Bees” theme. The shower was held at the Clarksville Station at Overlook Farm in Clarksville, Missouri on the outdoor patio, on a beautiful day in April, surrounded by wisteria. Details of the shower included personalized onesies, a handmade diaper cake, ducks and bees cupcakes and cake pops, ducky punch, personalized rubber duckies, personalized stationary for advice for the mom to be and jars of honey as party favors. The photos were taken by Amkar Photography.”
