This stunning EASTER THEMED VINTAGE BAKE SALE PARTY was submitted by Mandy McCready of Koko Blush & Company.
Looking at this party is making me wonder what country or planet I can move to where they celebrate Easter sooner than next March because I am absolutely dying over every detail and thinking I’m going to have to throw an Easter party. Now. Such a beautiful celebration!
Some of the stellar details to look out for in this vintage Easter party are:
The assorted vintage milk glass stands used to display the candy, favors and cakes
The children playing croquet as a party activity
The idea of the dessert display being a “bake sale”
The amazing print work and designs
The party attire
and MORE!
This is what Mandy said about planning the party- “We had so much fun working on the concept and styling of this Easter/Vintage Bake Sale themed party with Loralee Lewis. We believe that it is only through great photographers that our products, styling and designs are brought to life. Many thanks to Lookie Loo Photography for capturing the precious details of the event.”

Oh my goodness, what an adorable BAKE SHOP THEMED BIRTHDAY PARTY! This lovely celebration was submitted by Alison English of The English Pea Studio!
Alison said this about planning the party- “Glam meets the kitchen in this fun Bake Shop theme. My daughter is in love with everything baking and she thoroughly enjoyed baking with her friends for her big day. My goal was to create a sophisticated, little bake shop that one might find in a quaint corner of a downtown district. The décor was set around the lovely chandelier and everything came together from there. From the bead board backboard to the hot pink, cut-out frame, Charlotte’s Bake Shop sung of feminine details that any little girl would go giddy over.
In keeping with the theme, Charlotte and her guests met at a local commercial kitchen, Lovable Foods, where they not only got to bake their treats, but received instruction from a professional chef. Alicia Garcia, co-owner and chef with Lovable Foods, lead the girls through baking and creating several delicious treats – including apple tartlets and strawberry shortcake. The idea was that the girls would create their own delectable fare for Charlotte’s Bake Shop and have enough to take home.
The entire party was branded to look like an actual bake shop. Each girl was given a personalized apron with the shop’s brand and left with a favor bag and personalized recipe cards that matched. Red and hot pink accented the paper goods with the occasional green – to add a contrasting pop of color.
The girls feasted on their creations of apple tartlets and strawberry shortcake. They also decorated their own cupcakes and were served whole fruits that were used in the ingredients of their cooking lesson – fresh strawberries and whole green apples. A simple ruffle cake was presented to the birthday girl – at her request – with a personalized cake topper that mimicked the rest of the design.
The girls also created their take away bakery boxes. Small medallions were created with their own personalized tag and glued onto each box so they knew who’s was who’s upon departure.
The party was a huge success and the girls thoroughly enjoyed the fruits of their labor. The party was fun, educational, and in the end, very delicious!”

This BAKE SHOP BIRTHDAY PARTY by Johanne Lynch of Mum’s Little Party Secret is perfect! I love the bake shop awning over the table. The display couldn’t be cuter! If you’re looking for sweet shoppe or bake shop party ideas then here’s the place!
Johanne said- “Our daughter, Maicey, turned 7 in April. To celebrate we decided to throw her a Bake Shoppe Party. Maicey loves to cook and especially help make and decorate cupcakes. So the theme suited perfectly. We wanted to keep the party small so all of the guests got to enjoy making, baking and decorating their very own cupcakes. Maicey invited 3 little friends to come along – Emily, Madison and Jazzy. We transformed our kitchen and meals area into “Maicey’s Bake Shoppe”. We decorated the area with a hot pink and aqua colour scheme, Maicey’s favourite colours.
When the girls arrived they all received handmade personalized aprons. These were also a take home gift. They also received a calico bag filled with their Cupcake ingredients. The girls were a little older, so we thought they were old enough to enjoy the whole cupcake making process. They got to measure out all the ingredients, crack the eggs and use the kitchen aid to mix everything together. Once finished they then choose from a range of cupcake wrappers for their cupcakes. Time to wait for these little cupcakes to rise. The girls then decorated their cupcakes with icing and sprinkles.
We also set up a packing station. They each had a cupcake display box and were able to choose stickers and ribbon to decorate their box with. They also wrote little cute notes to their Mums and Dads and placed them inside of the boxes.
We filled the dessert table with all of Maicey’s favourite sweets. Cupcakes, cheesecake, banana splits, jam and cream donuts, strawberries, mini sandwiches and plenty of lollies. The girls also got to fill up take home lolly containers with sweet treats and personalized chocolate bars. Happy 7th Birthday Maicey!”
