“I chose to center this party around the books by Oliver Jeffers. We chose to incorporate rockets and stars, as well.

Each child received a cute little astronaut costume and astronaut cups filled with stickers as favors. Each cup had a flag on top with all the children’s names.

There were two tables at the party. The first one was set up for the food and the other one was used to display the sweets.

We made a ‘time capsule’ box for the party activity- all the boys put a drawing, a paper from that day, a picture of them on that day, and a toy into the box. The capsule has now been hidden and cannot be opened until 2025.”
