How long does it take to receive my order?


Most of our packages ship out the next business day. However, we ask you to plan for 3-4 business days for order processing. Planning for this extra time allows us to ensure you will receive your order with enough time to prepare for your party. You can look at the shipping map Here to see how many days you should allow for your package to be delivered -in addition to the few days asked for processing.


If you need your package by a certain date, send us an email at with the state your package will be shipping to, along with the date your order is needed. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to let you know when you can expect your order.


How can I contact you?


As of now, you can only contact us by email. Send your message to If you would like to speak with a representative please include your phone number in your message and we will call you as soon as we are able. You can email us about any question or concern, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our office hours are 9:00am-4:00pm (MST) Monday-Friday, so you would be able to expect a timely response from us at those times.


Are there any items I can’t return?


As long as items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, we would be able to refund you for the items. Shipping is non-refundable. We also cannot refund candy and other food items because of health laws.


What if I received my order and something is wrong, missing, or broken?


Please email us at with your order number, what is wrong with your order, when you need the product, and we will help rectify the situation as soon as is possible.


How do I return items? What is your return policy?


We ask that you would email us at in advance before returning any items so we can better help you. Typically we do not pay for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. In your package you should have received a return slip. Please fill out the bottom of the slip, provide a copy of your invoice, and include both items in your return package. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always email us and we’ll answer any questions.


 How do I track my package or the status of my order?


You can check on the status of your order or get tracking information by logging in to your account. You can also email us at with your order number, or the full name the order was made under, and we can give you this information through email as well.


What if I change my mind about my order after checking out, or need to make changes to my order?


If you need to change, cancel, or add to your order after checking out, please email us at, and we will help make the changes needed.
