This colorful HIPPIE OWL THEMED BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Maria Olivia Campos of Invento Festa in Brazil.
Some of my favorite ideas in this 60′s hippie owl party are:
The fabulous fondant owl and tree cake topper
The retro RV camper decoration on the table
The colorful jar lids with various retro designs
and MORE!
Here’s what Maria said about planning the party- “This was Andrea’s birthday party. A 60s colorful party just for a few friends. Full of flowers, hearts, cupcakes, and a cute hippie owl.”
This whimsical ENCHANTED FOREST BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Effi Tsoukatos of Le Petit Party in Australia. I love all of the woodland and fairy elements in this party! And the names given to the different foods are so creative and tie in perfectly with the theme!
Here are some of my other favorite things in this enchanted forest birthday party:
This is what Effi said about planning the party- “This birthday party was truly magical. The dessert table was set up as a enchanted forest using real wood stumps & logs, green moss & fresh berries. The table featured a central mushroom with fairy sitting on top. It included magic mushroom cookies, butterfly cookies, magic pink marshmallow mushrooms, candy forest berries, chocolate berry cups, chocolate forest logs & fairy floss. Each guest also received a hessian bag filled with berry candy as well as a personalised chocolate bar.
Each dining table was adorned with a grass table runner & wooden centrepiece featuring large green leaves, pink flowers, moss & pretty butterflies. They also had twinkling lights which were particularly pretty at night.
The birthday cake was an amazing gelato creation in the shape of a mushroom. Yum!
It was a great afternoon!”

This WOODLAND GARDEN BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Natalia Gerolamo of Laços e Açúcar from Brazil. I love that woodland owls are combined with ladybugs and worms to create a unique garden in this party! So many cute ideas!
Here are some of the best parts:
The owl shaped chocolates
The lollipop flower pots with ladybugs on the “stems”
Here’s what Natalia said about planning the party- “Nina is a very happy and dynamic girl. For this reason, her mother wanted to have a garden theme for Nina’s party, but with a lot of colors. There was turquoise, pink and red! Also, she wanted to add owls into the garden to give it more personality, hence the woodland garden.
After that, we decided to develop the party by decorating the different desserts to look like animals in Nina’s Garden. We had honey chocolate cakes designed as Ladybugs and chocolate truffles as Bird Nests+Baby Birds. The sweet apples were made out of chocolate and topped with a little worm. They looked like real apples! There were also owls made out of chocolate and coconut flesh shaped like flowers. We used cake stands with bird and flower details to display some of the different desserts. Every single detail came together create the wealth and beauty of a real woodland garden.”

It doesn’t get much cuter than this WOODLAND OWL BUDDIES 1ST BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Stephanie Keeping of Spaceships and Laser Beams!
Stephanie said this about planning the party- “With this dessert table, we wanted to prove that boy’s first birthday parties could be beautiful. The theme is based on our Woodland Buddies Collection from the Spaceships and Laser Beams Etsy Shop. Sweet treats for the dessert table included mini baked vanilla donuts (raccoon bites), almond meringues (owl kisses), a caramel swirl birthday cake and chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting. To keep the budget low, the flowers selected were white carnations. By creating a cluster of the same flower, it helps it look a little more expensive. We also created a gauzy curtain with 4 yards of tulle, which was a bargain at a dollar a yard.”

This darling and unique BIRDS IN WINTER PARTY was submitted by Sofia Portugal of Bistro Chic! I just love the tree branch backdrop with confetti poms hanging! Everything is just lovely…
Sofia said this about planning the party- “There are many occasions to celebrate and this time we organized a lunch for eight little girls having as theme the birds. My daughter Titi and her friends asked me a long time ago to create a Bird Party for them. We are in winter, so I decided to make a Winter Bird Party. We used various elements to give color, but not too much because we are not in the spring, but in winter. We wanted to give a warm winter loo, but too not cold. The moss gave a country setting, as well as berries, evoking the food for the birds. The cakes, as usual were from our partner bake4u that did a great job with the cake, cookies and cupcakes, which were delicious. In the middle of the cupcakes we putted a cup with moss, since we wanted the children to eat and the birds too! Another piece we used was the bowl from Chalk Loves You who gave an immense grace to the table setting and where all the kids wanted to write with chalk! The special touch was given by the printables (soon for sale in our shop) and that helped give an effect unique and different, especially flags, chocolates, boxes of cupcakes and popcorn. And not to miss the tradition, each guest took home a small personalized bar of chocolate.”
