This darling TRAIN THEMED BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Liezl Del Castillo of Zelicious.
I just love how cute and creative this train party is! Some of my favorite elements & party ideas are:
The party food displayed in plastic containers that are lined up like train cars
The wooden train holding wooden letters that spell the birthday boy’s name
The large red and blue balloons
The fondant train on the cake
and MORE!
Here’s what Liezl said about planning the party- “This train party was designed for my Godson, Jackson’s birthday. I really had fun creating this Dessert Table for him.”

This dazzling THOMAS THE TRAIN THEMED SECOND BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Christie of Flaired Affairs.
Some of my favorite elements & party ideas in this Thomas the Train celebration are:
The banner made by hanging train conductor hats with clothespins
The cardboard fry boxes filled with popcorn and cotton candy
This is what Christie said about planning the party- “The birthday boy, John, is smitten with trains so it was a no brainer for his party theme. It was a day filled with friends, family, sunshine and trains! The colors selected were reflective of the invitations created by Paige Simple. The rest of the party printables were created by Paper & Cake.
Outside of the Dessert Table filled with cupcakes, cookies and candies, guests were invited to a food table of sub sammies, pasta dishes, antipasta, chips/dip and other finger foods. Traditional Birthday Cake in the favorite flavor of the birthday boy – Red Velvet – was served! Yum!!
The little guests were able to ride a train all around the neighborhood! And when they were done they jumped in the bouncy house the rest of the afternoon making for weary little engineers for the ride home but not before they stopped by the Baggage Claim to pick up their engineer hats and scarves, boxes of crayons, bubbles, sidewalk chalk and train whistles.”

This charming VINTAGE TRAIN FOURTH BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Jaime hamel of Nu and Nug’s Adventures.
A few of my favorite ideas in this vintage train party are:
The train shaped cake
The muslin favor bags stamped with “coal” and filled with wooden train whistles
The food lined up in containers and displayed as a train car
and MORE!
This is what Jamie said about planning the party- “My oldest turned 4 on St Patty’s Day. I usually start the birthday party planning process after Christmas, and this year he picked trains. This is actually the second time we have done trains (we did choo choo I’m 2, in 2011). I wanted to go for a big boy train party this year so I used ‘Vintage Trains’ as the theme.”
