Chocolate Greek Yogurt Ice Cream Recipe- Using Hot Chocolate Mix!
2 1/2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons Swiss Mix (hot chocolate powder)
2 tablespoons marshmallow fluff
Place Greek yogurt and hot chocolate mix in a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl and microwave on high in 30 second increments, stirring between, until melted.
Add melted chocolate chips, vanilla extract and marshmallow fluff to bowl and mix well.
Place mixture in freezer-safe bowl and cover well. Let chill overnight.
When you’re ready to serve let the ice cream soften at room temperature until at desired consistency.
Yields five 1/2 cup servings.
