    How did you make these?
So cute. My daughter is having a glow in the dark birthday party and I am looking for decorations for our basement.

I made the paper fans using neon colored card stock and a glue gun. I also added gold paper doilies and neon washi tape for added dimension and color. There are tons of tutorials online with directions on how to fold and assemble the fans. Otherwise, there are several shops on Etsy that sell them already made (and in the colors of your choice). I hope that helps!

Would you please give me instructions how to make these? They are incredible! I am planning on ordering some neon themed items to go along with them if I can make get them made in time. Thank you so much.
