This SWEET SHOPPE CANDY PARTY was a blast to design and execute. I just love all the colors…and SUGAR!
My favorite things about this party– the ric rac / paper and candy necklace bunting, the milk bottles, the bubble gum machine drink dispenser {took the top off my gumball machine and replaced it with a beverage dispenser}, the various lollipops, the pink sixlets, the paper straws, the funky ribbon on the candy scoops and favor pails, the chocolate dipped candy sticks and the chevron bags. Of course, the rock candy cake is also so fun! It was inspired by this cake from Cocoa and Fig. The amazing Kim Stoegbauer from The Tomkat Studio, also used a similar cake here.

I love the fabulous plastic milk bottles. I am trying to order them from the imwithcupcake.com that you linked the straws to. Is that where these milk bottles came from. I am having a hard time getting the order to go through… any suggestions?
On this party (sweeet shoppe candy party)… How, where can i get the pennant and candy necklace you used? I love this party adn I pray I can make mine for my little one’s turning one and four (sugar and spice party) just as cute!!
Also, how did you know how much candy to purchase for the guest?
I am turning my home office into a candy store full of these ideas and more… I need help!
