St. Patrick's Day Party!

This wonderful St. Patricks Day Party was submitted by

Photos taken by TSJ Photography.

What a great spread.
I love that she incorporated navy blue along with the obvious green!

In Nellie's words..."With St. Patty's Day right around the corner, now is the time to start thinking about throwing a par-tay! I mean, you don't really have to be irish to party like it, right!? Take a peek at my new printable party for a festive St. Patty's bash! This one is geared towards adults, but would be just as cute for a kid's party! {Just omit the vodka from the jello "treats"!} I teamed up with my girl Tracie, of {tsj} photography, to provide some nice visuals for you all! {We had some fun in the process, check out her side of the story here!} Enjoy!"

Thanks for your submission, Nellie!

Little Pink Birdie Baby Shower!

Today's winning party feature goes to this beautiful

Little Pink Birdie Baby Shower

submitted by Frog Prince Paperie!

This shower is just stunning.
Everything is so soft and delicate.
Soooo beautiful!

You can purchase the diy party pack to recreate this shower here!

In Paula's words..."The dessert table I created in a palette of soft pinks…there is just something elegant and girly about this color! My favorite part by far are the hair clips and hair bands that were made by Tara at Three Little Bows to decorate my candy jars and bird cage.
On the table were a range of desserts for all tastes…raspberry mousse with fresh whipped cream, petite fours, meringues, cupcakes, and chocolate brownie truffles. In creating menus for any of my parties–large or small–I try to keep the made from scratch items to two or three. In this case, one and a half! I made the raspberry mousse, took a shortcut on the truffles, and purchased the remainder of the items. The cupcakes I requested plain, and decorated myself with gumpaste hydrangeas fromSweet Petal Bakery.
For the savory food, a plant stand was used to uniquely present the crudites and dip. Pita chips were served in snack boxes to accompany the roasted red pepper hummus. Tiny quiches and fresh fruit rounded out the savory offerings for this mid-afternoon (and pre-superbowl!) shower.
Babycakes & Decor was gracious enough to send a little treat for the mom-to-be using the printable cupcake wrappers and toppers – burp cloths and wash clothes shaped into little cupcakes and candy shapes! The mom was delighted, and they were ridiculously cute on display. Pom Flair provided the beautiful pink pom garland that leant a perfect festive accent to the room."

Your shower was precious, Paula!
Wonderful job.
Congratulations on being the winning party feature today!

Rustic Glam Baby Shower!

My next winning party feature goes to this

Rustic Glam Baby Shower

submitted by Katie Grace Design!

How beautiful!
I adore the 'Hot Cocoa' Bar!

In Katie's words..."This shower was so fun to put together because it was for one of my dearest friends. She is having "Baby Shepherd" in a few weeks and we wanted to do everything we could to honor this new mama! I styled this shower to look glamorous but I wanted it to have rusticity to bring some "Boyish" charm into the mix. Aubrey loves gold, bronze and brown so I wanted everything to look like something she would want to take home and put right in her nursery or in her house. I think we pulled it off because she showed up with an outfit that matched the shower PERFECTLY! Believe me when I say I know this girl very well!

To start off we did a fabulous "HOT COCOA" bar with every topping you could imagine; Peppermints, butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, whip cream, heath chips, peppermint syrup, raspberry syrup, caramel syrup and of course marshmallows!"

"Aubrey collects crosses so my gift to her was a custom cross made by Gibson Gals Creations and they did a fabulous job! I told her the colors of her nursery and they took it and ran with it."

"Dessert Bar.... Feather boas from Save on Crafts and lace fabric from a flea market. I loved how the backdrop turned out."Photobucket

"Gold tree candle holder filled with bronze, red velvet cake balls. They were scrumptious! The candle holder is from T.J. Maxx. (These were supposed to be Bedazzled Bon Bons but with our crazy winter storm here they were stuck in Florida! One of our local bakeries, Rick's Bakery came to the rescue last minute.)"Photobucket

"This was one of my favorite parts.. I had been brainstorming like CRAZY trying to come up with something ORIGINAL for a baby shower activity. I bought these paper mache boxes and had my friend Emily work her magic on these plain boxes. They turned out cuter than I imagined! Everyone wrote little notes to Baby Shepherd on the building blocks and one day they will be a great toy for the baby and also they can be used as cute nursery decor!"Photobucket

"Party Favors... Glass mugs from the Dollar tree filled with a scrumptious recipe for Hot Chocolate and a wooden spoon dipped in chocolate. (Spoons from Garnish with some added glam and bedazzle!) The tag reads, 'May every sip bring you joy and remind you to pray for the Smith little boy'."Photobucket

Thanks for your submission, Katie!
Amazing job.
Congratulations on being the winning party feature today!
