Wondering the same thing! :) I’ve spent the last hour looking at every chair I could find. I’m thinking they may be a discontinued pattern of Pottery Barn’s chair. http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/hybrid-my-first-anywhere-chair/ If you scroll right on the pictures, there’s a picture there … but only “mini dots” are available. DO love this pattern!
